Q: Do the rights of my poem remain that of the author and not of Enzo Poetry?

A: Yes Enzo Poetry will never claim to be the author of any poem, and will never reproduce or reprint the poem other than entering the poem into the directory.

Q: Is there a charge for using Enzo Poetry?

A: No, Enzo Poetry is a completely free service; we do not charge and will never charge, we do not allow advertising on our site for third parties, other than those within the Enzo Group.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with submitting a poem?

A: Please contact us using the contact form on the contact page, we will always try and respond ASAP, but never more than 24 hrs.

Q: Can I submit more than 1 poem?

A: Yes we welcome multiple submissions.

Q: Where can I send feedback?

A: Feedback can be sent to feedback@enzopoetry.co.uk or by using the form on the contact page.

Q: Why can I not login to a profile?

A: In order to keep the website free, we are trying not to create a social networking website, therefore we have chosen not to have a members section or login control panel.

Q: I would like to make a donation in order to support Enzo Poetry, can I?

A: Enzo Poetry currently does not accept donations.

Q: Where is Enzo Poetry Based?

A: Enzo Poetry is owned by UK citizens in the South of England.

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: No, there is no age limit but all poems with an adult nature need to be screened by Enzo Poetry before they are added to the directory.

Q: What will happen to the personal information I submit?

A: Your details will never be passed to any third party and will never be used for any type of marketing. We keep all information on a secure server. Enzo Poetry will never ask for financial information.
